The Plaza

Welcome to the Pedestrian Plaza, which will serve as the hub of activity on the 500 block!

Located smack, dab in the middle of the impending project, the main street level plaza will feature performance space, open café dining, seating areas and more.

Visitors will enter this centrally located, street level Pedestrian Plaza by passing under an elaborate archway which will then lead to a landscaped promenade. A pair of elegant, lighted columns will flank the promenade, which will stretch towards the grand stair at the rear of the plaza leading to the Bogart Boutiques. An elevator will then provide access to a bridge that will lead to the upper-level park.

The park, which will be made up of a triangle of green space, will overlook Bogart Boutiques, which will include eclectic shops and unique storefronts -- a hidden find amidst a most charming setting. 
 
The enchanting Bogart walkway will feature strings of overhead lights, a gated entranceway and vivid banners akin to quaint European shopping districts.

Back at the plaza, lush landscaping and historic elements will provide even more atmosphere to this serene setting. The plaza's presence will serve to attract even more visitors to this beautiful, bustling block.
